Introduction
Dry powder mortar storage tank has the advantage of waterproof, moisture-proof, easy to use and so on. The lower part is provided with an arch breaking device which can prevent the powder agglomeration and discharging powders smoothly, also equiped with a material level sensing device which can control the usage of materials in the warehouse.
The raw material storage tank is used for dry mortar storage and mixing at the construction site, including knapsack and mortar mixer. Storage tank comprises tank body, feed tube, separation preventing device, dust collecting system, exhaust pipe, manhole cover system, weighing material place and tank carrying device. Mortar mixer is composed of feeding, stiring, watering and electric control system.
The mortar tank is transported to the site. Through the pneumatic, mortar vehicles convey the mortars to the tank. Then mortar mixer is connected to the power in the water, start button and fresh mortar flow out for construction.
