Operation principle
Disk tailing recover is made up of the host, unloading unit, mine bunker and chute. Its operating principle is to install the host disk and the disk in the chute, the pulp flows from the chute at one end, and through the gap of the second disk and the disk, so that the magnetic materials of the pulp are adsorbed on the surface of the disk, and the non-magnetic materials of the pulp flow from the other end of chute. When host disk rotates, the magnetic materials adsorbed on the surface of the disk will be flowed along with the pulp, and when entering the unloading area, those magnetic materials will be dumped into mine bunker and output through V-shaped scraper between the disks, with the weight of magnetic materials.
Advantages of disk tailing recover
1. Layout of the magnetic field: small space between disk and pole, no zero magnetic area between the disks.
2.mine unloading: it is a non-contact force unloading way, leaving a layer of slag to protect the disk surface from attrition, the lifetime of overall machine is 8-10 times longer than common models, and also improve the recovery grade of magnetic materials.
3.large processing capacity: The machine is designed for tailings re-selection, with a large capacity and low-grade tailings, which has 10 times or over than the processing capacity of existing drum magnetic separator.
4.high recovery rate: all the materials through the disks are subject to the magnetic field, so that the magnetic materials are fully recovered, and the rate is up to 85-95% or more.
5.water saving: As the tailing material is a mixture of water, the magnetic materials are removed in a flowing state, so that no water or a small amount of water is needed to be added.
